- Does it use my real calendar?
- Yes. Lumi checks live availability before offering a slot, so it can't double-book you or offer a time you're already out on a job.
- What if a job can't be priced over the phone?
- Lumi says so and books the site visit. It quotes from the price list you set and doesn't guess at anything you haven't priced.
- What happens if Lumi can't handle a call?
- It offers a transfer, or takes the details and logs a callback ticket for you to pick up. When it doesn't know something, it says so.
- Do I need a phone number?
- No — we provide one. We buy and configure a local number for you as part of setup, and it's live before your first call. Starter includes 1. Porting an existing number isn't supported yet.
- Why are calls capped at 2 minutes?
- A caller going in circles with an AI has a worse time than one who gets a callback from a person. Lumi warns before the limit, closes the conversation, and hands anything unresolved to you.
- What If I Run Out Of Calls?
- We don't. There's no per-minute charge and no surprise bill — your plan is a cap, not a meter. Starter covers 50 calls a month (100 minutes of talk time), and you can see what you've used in your dashboard at any point. If you're regularly reaching it, that's a good problem — move up a plan and we'll handle the switch.
- What Does Setup Cost?
- Nothing. We provision your phone number, load your services and prices, connect your calendar, test the agent against real scenarios and launch it — all included. You don't lift a finger and you don't pay a setup fee.
- Can I Cancel?
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard. We don't pro-rate the month you're already in, and there's no retention call.
